load switch for negative supply

Hi team,

would you please suggest if we have load switch can be used to control timing of negative supply?

application diagram as below.

ELVDD is 4.6V, ELVSS is -3.0V, VCI is 3.3V, VDD is 1.8V, VGL is -6.0V.

we want to use a GPIO with VCI or VDD as high voltage and VGL as low voltage to control the load switch.

Hi Kevin,

Thank you for sharing your application details and making it clear as to why you need a negative voltage supply load switch. As of right now, Texas Instruments does not have any negative rail load switches for this kind of application.

Hi Kevin,

Taking another look at your block diagram, wouldn't it be possible to turn off the pass FET of the bottom Buck-Boost to turn off the negative rail?
