How could I choose the flying and output capacitor with minimum value??

Is there formula can calculate it?

Another question, the output cap location should be near the charge pump circuit output rather than after VGH pin, right?

Hello,
Please have a look at this blog-post: e2e.ti.com/.../pump-it-up-part-two
It will explain you what to consider when choosing the flying capacitor of a charge pump.

As usually the power requirements of charge pumps are not high (<100 mA), the layout requirements are not that critical as for inductive switching regulators.
