We are facing issue that seems caused by unstable AVDD output, so we wish to test TPS65177 AVDD boost loop response and check the phase margin. But as TPS65177 AVDD boost is using internal register to control output voltage, and there is no Sense/Feedback pin on the boost, would you please suggest how to test AVDD boost loop response?

Hello Kevin,
First of all there is the possibility to apply a load transient to estimate the phase margin with a load transient measurement, see more details in this app note:

It might be as well possible that the following circuit works, but I did not test it yet:
