LM3429-Q1 / minnimum pulse calculation

Hello,

I can find the tpulse calculation from datasheet p.19 equation(26).
Then, tpulse is 3us by my calculation on the below conditions.
Thus, I can use this device with 3~10us on time.

Vin=12V
Vf=4V * 4pcs
ILED=3A
L=4.7uH

Is my understanding correct ?
And if there are any cautions please let me know.
We would like to use this device for flash LED of Automotive.
