TPS92630-Q1EVM

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS92690, LM3447, TPS92602-Q1

Dear, Sir.

My customer is interested in this device for automotive front lighting unit.

They are applying flyback topology considering isolation between battery and LED light

and total external component count.

I would like to make sure following points.

a) Do you have EVM based on flyback topology?

b) Do you have the experience to evaluate flyback topology on this device?

c) How about the difficulty to modify existing boost base EVM to flyback?

Best Regards,

  • HI Sakai-san,

The TPS92630 is a linear 3 Channel LED driver, so we do not offer a flyback EVM. For an isolated design. Have a look at the following reference design using our TPS92690:

    http://www.ti.com/tool/PMP6012?keyMatch=null&tisearch=tidesigns-power

If this link does not work, just search for PMP6012 at www.ti.com.

Another option might be to look at the LM3447.

    Regards,

  • Dear, Sir.

Thank you for your kindly reply.

I am very sorry to take a big mistake on the device number.

The correct is TPS92602-Q1(2ch LED driver).

I would like to ask again.

    a) Do you have EVM based on flyback topology?

    b) Do you have the experience to evaluate flyback topology on this device?

    c) How about the difficulty to modify existing boost base EVM to flyback?

Sorry to disturb your job again.
