Hi,

Could you tell me about TLC5944 terminal processing?
How should the unused output pin process it?
And, Is the data output may be 0 (000000b)?

I will listed below the use conditions of the customer.
・Customers use only OUT1～3 plan.
・Attach the circuit image below.

    Hi Yusuke-san,

    For TLC5944 unused output, we will suggest pull down to GND.

    All the GS data are random when powered up.

    Let me know if you need more.

    Customer is using the terminal of OUT0~3.
    When the customer is using OUT0~3,
    I want to know the register settings of the remaining unused pins（OUT4~15）.

    Could you give me your advice?

    Customer is using the terminal of OUT0~3.
    When the customer is using OUT0~3,
    I want to know the register settings of the remaining unused pins（OUT4~15）.

    [Feifei]: If possible, suggest sending GS Data = 00h to OUT4~15.

    Before your advice,
    The customer had made the board.
    For this reason, customer had to open the OUT4-15pin.

    This case,
    Does this device works protection?
    Could you tell me the other issues?

    Also, please tell me the recommended value of the pull-down resistor.
    ”For TLC5944 unused output, we will suggest pull down to GND.”
