TLC5943: Power up reset requirements

I would like to confirm if the TLC5943 has initial reset requirements for the first serial data write.

The TLC5940 has a requirement for first write of DC data after power needs to have extra clock, or double the first write to properly reset the DC data.

Hi, GB,

For TLC5943, there is no default values for BC and data latch registers, so you need to send the initialization data before the LED driver operating.

Ken, just to be clear.
The TLC5940 required data to be written as well. However, the very first write after power up had to be written twice, or given 1 extra clock to properly initialize the serial state machine. I am asking if the TLC5943 has same undocumented requirement.
This is only after power up.
