HOW CAN I USE LM3429 FOR DIMMING PURPOSE?
MY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
IT SHOULD BE ON WHEN I PROVIDE PWM TO nDIM & SHOULD BE OFF ON PROVIDING THE SAME..

To PWM dim you can apply a square wave signal directly to the nDIM pin. When the signal is high the regulator will provide current to the load, when the signal is low it will not.
If you need to use nDIM for a UVLO function you can still PWM dim using the method mentioned in the "PWM Dimming" section of the datasheet.

I am trying that but was unable to get that.Let me explain a bit more-
I am using a board having LM3429 as driver ,also at the same time i was using
a another board having TI's MC and from this board I am providing PWM to the
board having LM3429. Both boards have separate power supply.
Hello Suarav,
If you are using separate supplies it is possible that the ground references are not the same. Make sure the two power supply grounds are connected together and see if that works.
