Thermal Resistance value

We are currently working on the digital board module, for that we need some Thermal data.

we need Thermal Resistance of junction to ambient(JA),Junction to Case (JC) and Junction to Board(JB) value for the below parts,

    Please note that this forum is meant only for linear regulators (LDOs).  Several of the devices you posted would be better answered on other forums such as the simple switcher forum or a DC/DC forum.

    This kind of information can usually be found in our datasheets under Dissipation Ratings or Thermal Information.

    For TPS72012DRV: Theta JC is 20°C/W, Thata JA is 65°C/W.
