Hello,

Are there any plan to release the LDO which have following specification?

Vin range : 3.0V to 4.2V
Vout :105V ± 0.1V
Output current : 350mA(max)
Output Discharge
Internal Pull Down in the EN pin
Size : about 0.8mm×12.mm×0.5mm

I think that the TPS7A91 is similar to this requirement.

    Hi Asaka-san,

    This the TPS7A91 is closest but we are actually working on a 500mA version of the same. This will be the TPS7A90 and we have samples available now. The TPS7A90 will be pin to pin to the TPS7A91. So if you want to start with that, you can transition to the TPS7A90 when it releases in June 2017.
