lm5576 schottky diode selection

i have looked at lm5576 evaluation board and try to design it but i am not able to get schottky diode in local market.i have use MBR360 as well but i couldn't,t get 5V out put through it.please suggest me alternative of CSHD6-100c diode.

Hi Sumit,

You can use the Vishay part, VS-12CWQ10FNTRPBF that is equivalent to the CSHD6-100c device.

The MBR360, is only 60V and 3A rated part compared to the CSHD6-100c which is 100V, 6A diode.

Its not clear from your post why the MBR360 does not work.

i have design an DC to DC convertor using lm5576. It require an schottky diode at switch mode pin of lm5576 ic which should not be ultrafast diode.I have found an evolution kit of LM5576 in which they are using CSHD6-100c at SW pin.I have found MBR360 into my range i.e 5V 3A, but circuit doesn't work.and i have not found any alternative diode which is not an ultra fast diode as cshd6-100c do.
