Using LM10011 for SmartReflex with LTM4628

Hi

I want to use tms320c6678 for a custom board.in my design i use LTM4628 for power sequence and LM10011 for smart reflex. I connect IDAC_out pin on LM10011 to LTM4628 feedback pin. Also i put 210K Ohm resistor on set pin of LM10011 and i want to produce voltage=1v for DSP. When i apply reset sequence to the DSP, the LTM4628 changes the output voltage to the 0.4volt. what can i do for fixing this problem?
