sir,

I have made a 100 V DC-DC converter circuit using TPS40210. so with that circuit how to introduce split rail. what modification i have to do to get a +/- 100 V.

Once again it might be best to post your input voltage, and output voltage and current requirements. If you are designing a split rail design, TPS40210 may not be the best solution.

Hello John;
can you please let me know; why TPS40210 is not best solution for split rail. I am working 15V to 100V +/- ,2 mA using TPS40210..

I don't know why I made that comment except that we have split rail application notes for other devices. Typically for split rail, we use inverting buck boost topology with a coupled inductor for the positive output rail. I don't generally support TPS40210 beyond general questions and do not know how it would perform in that application.
