I have used your webench system

I plan to run this circuit using an 18650 battery (3.7v - 4.2v 2500mAH). I would like to be able to adjust the output voltage and amperage via Arduino. I also plan to connect a variety of loads which are small heating elements and range in resistance from 0.2 ohm to 1.0 ohm.
I need to know if this device is capable of delivering 5V @ 10A = 50W on these given loads and for time periods of 10 second intervals.
