TLV62130 High quiescent current

Is the device switching? to measure quiescent current switching must be forced off. Usually that is by forcing FB above 800 mV.

You can look at your SW node to confirm, but with those operating conditions you are likely in PWM mode as noted in page 11 of the D/S.

What input source do you have that could go down to 4.5V?

Yes, device is in PFM, although I havn't founded some related info in page 11,  :)

Is it normal current consumtion in such mode? No one of consumer is connected.

Can you post your schematic and SW node waveform? Can you show where the current meter is located?

3x AA batteries will quickly drop below 4.2V. A buck-boost converter, like TPS63020 allows you to keep the 4.2V regulated even when the batteries discharge.

Of course, but on monday. Now I haven't access to office computer.

That is unnecessary. In my design, I need to limit upper voltage level only.

Now I will simply tune FB divider to 5V output. Switching shall stop and I hope current consuming shall decrease. I will try it on monday.

Sure, you can try that but current consumption increases in 100% mode, as explained in the Iq app note above.
