recommend a suitable device

Hi,

Since it is the part to be connected to the car BAT, it must have the vehicle safety function such as load dump.
In addition, we are looking for products with Q100 certification.

Among the switching regulators that TI has, please recommend products that meet the following conditions.
12V (BAT) -> 3.3V
500mA (actual use: 200mA)
Suggested as the most space-consuming parts, including inductors and peripheral devices.

But I cannot find any materials about LM20511Q from TI website,
so can you share the datasheet?

and I'd like to know whether LM20511Q is AEC-Q006 certified or not.

I meant to type, LM25011Q, not LM20511Q!

The device is Qualified to AEC-Q100.

just one more thing.
That device is Qualified to AEC-Q006 ?

Recently, GM has been inquiring as to whether AEC-Q006 test has been completed for parts with Cu wire applied to AEC-Q100 certified parts.
(Note that AEC-Q006 does not apply when using AU wire.)

Does not apply since this part uses Gold wires devices like the LM25011Q...
