WEBENCH® Tools/TPS55330: startup for this part does not simulate correctly with Vin(min)=3.4, Vin(max)=5.5, Vout=12, Iout=0.35

Clicking on "Start Design" for a single output design with Vin(min)=3.4, Vin(max)=5.5, Vout=12, Iout=0.35, and then selecting "Choose Part" gives me the TPS55330 part as the top choice.  Selecting "Open Design" for the TPS55330 and then clicking on the simulate button, selecting "Startup" as the Simulation Type, and then clicking on the "Start New Simulation" button gives the unexpected results (4V out, instead of 12V).  There is no activity on the SW output.

I am not sure of my attempt of using the "insert file" button in this form, since it appears to have inserted a large and strange graphics element.  Please let me know if there is a different way to attach a file besides clicking on the paperclip icon that gives the hover-hint of "insert file".

So, how do I make the startup simulation run long enough to show the startup characteristics?  Startup time should be automatically set without the user having to guess when the Startup simulation is selected.  All other power supplies I've simulated have given me the startup waveforms when I selected the Startup simulation.
