Is there "thermal resistance data" between Junction-Case regarding TPS650250RHB?

Customer are trying to perform the thermal simulation, but there is no that data in data-sheet.

Could you provide thermal resistance data? If you don't have any data , can I refer thermal resistance data of TLK105(RHB pkg) datasheet ?
