The threshold characteristics represent the actual point at which a low or high transition is detected, when the enable pin is charging with a capacitor attached.

The level characteristic represent the recommend low and high levels for when the EN pins are being driven by an external source.

1) I can't understand your explanation of "threshold characteristics " and "level characteristic" clearly.

Could you explain why two characteristics ("threshold characteristics " and "level characteristic") are exist?

My understanding is that EN terminal input buffer has same therethold voltage  in  both case of only with capacitor attache and driven by external source.

2)Customer plan to use attached circuit to drive EN terminal.

Please advice which value of datasheet  characteristics should be applied to EN internal threshold voltage (VIH min and VIL max) ?

Please follow the level spec's and place the low level <1V and the high level > 2.3V
