Customer adopted TPS65252 in one project and shipped 100Kpcs real products, but 10% failed at end customer side.
Fail phenomena:
Start up at low temperature, it will works at “PFM” mode, Duty will be “stable” after running for a short time.(waveform and design in attach file)
