    Hi Steve,

    The LM9061 is one of our older devices. May I ask some of the details of the application?

     

    We have many newer, hot swap devices which drive capacitive loads.

    Hi Steve,
    Unfortunately, there is no spice model for LM9061.

    For analysis of performance with capacitive load, I would recommend taking a look at the LM9061EVM User's Guide.
    www.ti.com/.../lm9061evm

    You may also order one and test with various capacitive loads.
