Power source selector base on TPS2412

Hello,

Can we use tps2412 as power selector to select 2 power source PSU 1(12V and PSU2(12V)? PSU 1 as main source, when PSU 1 lost, PSU 2 will take over. it's not sharing, use either PSU 1 or PSU 2
