I would select PD device as following design requirement.

Would you please advise TI's suggested device?

Topology : Isolated

Output : DC24V/0.5A

Small footprint solution is better.

Tanikoshi-san,A 24V output PoE solution is described in the below link:
e2e.ti.com/.../690037
It is a 25W solution so it will be able to power your 12W power requirement.
