Fast Trip current of TPS2592

This question is regarding to: eFuse, TPS2592, datasheet(SLVSC11C), Page 16, Figure 35.

The questions is, when over Fast-Trip current (1.6 times of over current) happens, the MOSFET of TPS2592 will be disconnected, so VOUT will down to Zero, why there is still none-zero current as showing in Figure 35 on the curve of I_OUT? Figure 25 on page 12 is for Fast-Trip too, but the curve of I_OUT showing is zero, that is different from Figure 35.

The time scale in both the scope shots are different. Time scale in Figure 25 is 5usec only hence the further sequence of smooth regulation of current does not show up in this time scale.
