Now the customer has a mass production project - 24 POE switches, the probabilistic problem (the port does not power supply), when the restart, some can work normally, some still have problems.Now read the register as shown below (in expoe register.pptxceptional cases).Please help to analyze it, for what reason, thank you ~ ~

    Hi Dave,

    I looked at your register file and I have a couple questions to clarify with you. Can you confirm the port number that didn't work? From the register status, I guess port 8,13,14,15,16 didn't turn on. Can you double check if that's right? In addition, which register did read for "Fault" and write for "En"? Can you also ask them to read register 0x11, 0x12 and 0x14 for all ports? Thanks.
