I'm not sure what kind of model you need. You need to simulate the thermal management on some simulation software?

i am not referring to the thermal characteristics , i need a thermal model , you can see the thermal simulation in webench tool where thermal table is also been available there, like wise i need it as a thermal model generally for higher power dissipation components they will have the thermal model, but i want for this part even its's power dissipation is low , if you are having the thermal model for this please send me

What kind of simulation model used for ICEPAK tool? There are two: 2R or Delphi model?
How long do you expect to get the model? Because we will submit and generate one for you, it may take some time.
