TI has given a test circuit of PMP5412. In that circuit there is one p-channel qfet: FQD2P40. It has been very difficult for me to find that particular component in INDIA. I want only one unit. Can anybody suggest a suitable site or something where I can find that component. I dowanna buy in mass. I want single unit. And another problem is that I dont have international transaction card.
