The TI FET part number CSD19536KCS says it can process 150A, how is this possible? When 0 gauge wire is usually required to withstand such high amperage, how is it that those tiny pins do? Is it the type of metal? Also, do we need some sort of excess electron drain part to go with it? If so, could you provide the circuit layout? Also, is there some sort of need to guard against excess heat?
