Hello,

I am trying to do MATLAB simulation on control of CSD97370Q5M with controller I designed. Therefore, I will need to have the parameters of the mosfet to calculate the power lost on device and efficiency. Is there a way to get the parameter of this device or which device with those parameter on their datasheet could be used as an equivalent of this device, which has similar efficiency under same switching frequency. Thanks a lot.

The parameters needed are:

R_DS (on); Ids for R_DS (on); Vgs for R_DS (on)

Gate-Source Threshold Voltage, Vth

Channel modulation, L

ohmic resistance of source and drain

Input, reverse transfer and output capacitance

I apologize but we do not provide the individual MOSFET parameters.

Instead, we only provided overall IC / system performance parameters.

Hello Brett,

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. I understand there are no individual MOSFET parameters for the device. However, is it possible for you to suggest a individual MOSFET that has similar parameter to the one on this device. My goal is only to get a brief idea of power efficiency of the system. Thanks.

Han,
I can point you to a 30V high and low side pair of FETs we would recommend for your given conditions, but I cannot guarantee those devices are similar in performance to the devices inside the power block.

Hello Brett,

That will be great. My application is a multi-phase DC-DC buck converter targeting motherboard application. Input 12 V and output 0.8-1.3 V, switching frequency 500 kHz. Please suggest a pair of MOSFET that could achieve similar efficiency (90%+) under my condition. Thanks a lot for your help.
