Old NPN Transistor replacement to MoSFET upgrade

Hello,

This should be a real easy on for you.

I need a common MOSFET TO-92 case if possible.

The transistor I am replacing is an Darlington NPN that is outdated and very costly

Looking for a part that will take a single TTL input and drive a 6V 500ma lamp.

I'm sure there are hundreds, Just need a few common ones to test to see it they will work.

Leg config. not a consideration, 3 leads (TO-92)

Cheap is better :{),

Best to you

Eric

  • Eric,

Unfortunately, we do not offer any FETs in this package.

We do offer a range of FETs called "FemtoFET" that would be smaller than this package and should be able to block the voltages (6V max right) and handle the currents (500mA) you require.
