CSD95377Q4M is a boost topology, The bootstrap capacitor provides the charge to turn on the control FET.If the capacitor can not be charged, CSD95377Q4M will it fail to start?

Hi,

If the bootstap capacitor is not charged, it would not be able to turn on the device when needed. The control fet's body diode however will still be active and provide the path for inductor current to charge output.
