We are designing a power supply using PTH08080W module. But there is nowhere specified the IC used inside this module.
Can anybody please tell me which IC is used in the above mentioned module?

The controller used on the PTH08080W is TI TPS54350.
Please use the PTH08080W datasheet when verifying operating conditions; do not go by the IC's ratings. The IC may have different ratings then the module due to the many components used in the module.

I have one more query regarding current output of PTH08080W. Will it be able to provide current of 2.25A at 25 degree Centigrade temperature?
In my application I am having requirement of 5V output voltage with 2.25A output current at temperature of 25 degree Centigrade. My input voltage will be 12V

PTH08080W thermal data(SOA) with 12Vin , 5Vout at 2.25 A load no air flow the ambient operating air temperature is 85°C .
At 25°C ambient top side power components case temperature is 46-48°C with no air flow with 5Vout at maximum 2.25Amp load.

The normal input current is based on theinput voltage , output current load and output voltage selected.
If you mean what is the input current when the inhibit pin when it is pulled low (0.2V to0.5V) by external open drain low leakage FET <100nA , the input current is about 5µA. The inhibit pin must always be controlled by an open drain FET, never a direct voltage if used or left open.

The EMC/conducted emssions is referenced ithe PTH08080W EMI/EMC reporT with data on page 15 fro engineering purposes only top pof page 15.
The Conducted Emissions data is provided for engineering purposes.Each final assembled PCB with any power component will have to be evaluated by teh end customer for CISPR22 . Your final assembly may require additional input PI filter, L&C , such as 1-5uH inductor and 4.7uf ceramic capacitors on both sides of the inductor.
