PTN78060H The mean of "Vmin" in Rset Formula (1)

Hi,

Could you tell me the mean of "Vmin" in Rset Formula (1)?
Formula is the folloing.
Rset = 54.9k-ohm * 1.25V / (Vo - Vmin) -Rp

Table 1 shows that Vmin is 2.5.
But I use PTN78060H by 28Vin.
I think that this value is 2.8(0.1 * Vin) if Vin shows Vo adj min.
Which is correct? Is Vmin 2.5V or 2.8V? when PTN78060H is used by 28Vin.

PTN78060H adjusting Vout with a resistor formula and data is located in product specification page 10 .This page is below.

PTN78060Hxx Output voltage(VOUT) RSET formula in Table 1= Vim value(11.824V) an d Rp =6.65kΩ

1. RSET= 54.9kΩ x(1.25V/(Vout- Vout min)) - Rp from table 1.

::Rset= 54.9KΩx( 1.25V/ (NewVout-11.824V))-6.65kΩ)

2. Vin 28V only applies if on the PTN78060W with maximum Vin 25V for Vout voltage 2.5V.

Hi Tom,

I had a mistake. This is question as PTN78060W.

and i confirm again.

Should I calculate as Vmin = 2.5 at the following condition?

IC : PTN78060W

Vin : 28V

Vout : 5V

Hi Shimizu:

PTN78060W Vmin =2.5V for RSET equation from the previous e-mail. The 5VVout Rset resistor is 20.960kΩ- 1% tolerance . The closest available 1% tolerance resistor is 21kΩ resistor .
