If EN pin is floating(abnormal),how is the IC?

The EN pin is a high impedance, very low leakage input. So, it will be unknown in which state (high or low) the EN pin is in. No damage is expected, but EN could be either high or low based on outside noise, influences, or leakage currents. The D/S requires EN to be terminated and this can easily be done with a pull-up/down resistor.
