TPS82150: "fastest startup time" when the SS/TR pin is floating

Hello.

The following sentence is in the section "7.4.2 Soft Startup (SS/TR)" on the page-9 of SLVSDN4.

"Using a very small capacitor or leaving the SS/TR pin floating provides fastest startup time."

Please let me know the "fastest startup time" when the SS/TR pin is floating.
