Hello,
I am familiar with the binary date code markings for the year and month on these small IC’s.
However my question is how TI would mark “13”. Would it be a binary marking of 1101 equaling 13 or would it be marked 0011 equaling 3? All other documentation I have found uses older examples such as 1995 that wouldn’t run into this.
