Do you have a information　spec of RES limit voltage of operation at TPS3632.

Please check the competitor data sheet.

M62023L/P/F have a this spec.

    Hi Masa,

    I am not sure what the line in their Electrical Characteristics table is referring to as the term Vopl(/res) is not defined.  It may be their power-up reset voltage.  For TPS3620 this voltage is 0.4V as defined in our Electrical Characteristics table.

    One comment is that the competitor data sheet you provided is stamped "not recommended for new designs."
