Why is the active current of the TPS3422 (106uA) so much higher than the TPS3420/21 (6uA) or is this an error in the data sheet?

    Hi Rick,

    The datasheet is correct. The additional current reflected in TPS3422 is the current through a pullup resistor between the input pin (PB1) and the supply pin (VCC). This is mentioned in a footnote at the bottom of the Electrical Characteristics table.
