    Daisy,

    TPS3890 is an excellent option.

    Similarities: functionality and operation, Sense input that can be divided down with external resistors, output topology both active-low and open-drain, both have programmable delay with external capacitor

    Advantages: TPS3890 has wider input voltage range, wider temperature range, Manual Reset (enable) feature, smaller package size, and better accuracy.

    In summary, TPS3890 is much better than BD4142 in pretty much every way possible. I hope this helps you!
