    Can you please help?

    “15ms  reset timeout” and “approximate 2.2V reset threshold voltage” features are required.

    Scott,

    I would recommend the TPS3831 since this is nano-powered and has the same functionality. The reset delay is fixed to 200ms. For 15ms delay, I recommend TPS3836 for nano-power or TPS3808 which has multiple voltage options including adjustable threshold with external resistors and programmable delay.

    Please provide feedback on these options and let me know if you need any additional support.
