UCD9090 - V33D

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD9090

Hello,

I need to control sequence of multiple powers.

The maximum powers I should monitor is ten. 6V board input, 3.3v and other eight powers.

The 3.3V is derived from 6V board input.

I am checking datasheet of UCD9090. There are V33A, V33D for ucd9090.

Are those V33A and V33D voltage same to 3.3V which is derived from 6V board input?

Or do I need another 3.3V power source for ucd9090?

  • Do you need to sequence/shutdown the 3.3V derived from the 6V?  If so then you would need another 3V3 source to power the V33x pins on the sequencer.

    A 100mA LDO would do.

If you use a switcher then you may want to filter the V33A with a 1 to 2 ohm resistor between the 3V3 supplying the recommended decoupling cap on the V33D pin from the decoupling cap connected to the V33A pin.
