What is the size of the built in memory on the UCD9081?

Hi,

We are using a UCD9081 on one of our products and I need to generate a Certificate of Volatility for a customer.  This certificate is intended to outline all volatile and non-volatile memory.

The UCD9081 has two types of built in memory as seen in the block diagram (Fig. 1) in the datasheet:  config memory and error log flash memory.

For the purpose of writing this certificate, what are the sizes of these memory banks?  What type of memory (EEPROM, SRAM, etc..) is being used for each?
