Is it possible to use the BFET Output (in addition with a e.g.100 Ohm resistor) for fast discharge the output voltage

Yes, it is possible. Refer Figure 41 in the datasheet.

Fig. 41 is known. Is it possible without external FET?

Internal FET pulls low --- what is the Limit of internal FET?

Do we need an current limiting serial resistance between Vout and BFET ?

Hi Anton,

You can use 100 Ohm resistor between BFET pin and Vout for fast discharge. We recommend not to use lower than 100 Ohm resistor.
