Customer found the device were damaged during the power-on. It could sometimes make defect on IN pin, OUT pin or OFF pin.

Please find the test report as enclosure and give advice. thanks.

Please take this to email, not E2E. In the meantime, be sure you have a front end Schottky and an output TVS installed per the DS.

Hi Brian,

For this design ,
the voltage stress between the OUT pin and VS pin is 55V. Is that any problem or risk?
