hi sir:

TPS22918 data sheet without over current description the over current function,

when over current happened, the devic can keeep current rating to thermal shutdown??

    Hello Hermes,

    The TPS22918 device does not feature thermal shutdown. The system design will need to account to maintain the current below the absolute maximum value. Note that TPS22810, similar device to TPS22918 but with a different voltage range (2.7V-18V), does feature thermal shutdown while keeping all other features.
