Hi Team,

My intention was to test the BQ51020EVM Rx Module with the USB power through J1.

I made the test set up as per the Document SLUUB03 Pg No .9 under the title Adapter Test (500-mA Load)

But I did not observed any LED indications on Tx (BQ500210EVM-689), Rx Modules.there is no buzzer sound even.

And observed a +5V (4.85V) output on the J3 of Rx.

Could you tell me how to perform this test with System (PC) USB?

it was not happening as per the test procedure mentioned in the Document.

    Sriman,

    Let's take it one step back.  When the bq51020EVM is placed on the bq500210EVM, the buzzer will sound briefly and D5 will flash continuously. 

    Is that verified?  What is the voltage reading on OUT at this point?

    Add the external supply as described in the test.  What is the status of the D5?  The buzzer should not sound.  

    Remove the external supply.  What is the status of D5 and the buzzer?

    Please verify the status of the EN1 and EN2 pins.  Check the jumper positions and the voltage level at TP6.
