BQ51050B TS register setting

Hi

My customer is using BQ51050B.

Q1, He wants to set TS range from 3 degrees to 43 degrees.
        In this case, I think that he should calculate R1 and R3 by (3),(4) in datasheet.
        then parameter is the following.
        Is my idea correct?

        %Vcold = 58.7, Tcold = 3
        %Vhot = 13.1, Thot = 43

           *Refer to NTC resister datasheet about another parameter .

Q2, ERT-JZEG103JA as example is suggested in Figure26 of datasheet.
        This B value is 4500.
         But I confirmed that B is 3435 in ERT-JZEG103JA datasheet.
       　Which value is correct?
