Baseband Signals to mmWave Frequencies

I am looking for a product recommendation for a mmWave testbed that I'm building for my thesis. I need a device that can take baseband signals produced by an SDR into the mmWave frequencies. The specific frequencies ranging from 28 GHz, 38-40 GHz, 70-80 GHz. I understand that to encompass most of these frequencies I'll need multiple devices and was wondering what you would recommend for the different frequency levels or if Texas Instruments sells a product that would be capable of doing this. An evaluation kit or something of that sort would be ideal since I don't want to focus on circuity or having to create a PCB board. Also price is a factor and I'd want to stay around $1000 for the hardware.
