Achieve EN 300 440 class 1 with CC2520

Hello,

I had to design a new front end radio, compatible with 802.15.4 low layer (just MAC Layer, no need to Zigbee layer) with safety requirement.

Is it possible to achieve EN 300 440 class 1 with CC2520?
