LMX2492 LD (lock detect) does not work

The MUX address 10 of "Output LD" is "DLD good AND CPM good". I had CPM bits responding correctly and DLD muxed out responding to N value extreme forcing out of lock. But LD does not respond. Do I have a bad chip?
